Whitefish Bay is a Monarch City! ​

In 2021, garden club members met with Village representatives and proposed that the Village pursue certification as a Monarch City, reflecting our interest in and commitment to protecting monarchs and other pollinators. The Village enthusiastically supported this and, in partnership, applied and was certified as a Monarch City!

The Village recognizes the importance of monarchs and other pollinators and has made a commitment to protecting, restoring, and creating habitat.
